By accessing and using SchemaBooster ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SchemaBooster provides an AI-powered schema markup generator that helps users create structured data for their websites. Our Service generates JSON-LD, Microdata, and RDFa schema markup for various content types including FAQ, Article, Product, Recipe, Review, Event, and more.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Generate schema markup that violates Google's structured data guidelines
  • Create misleading, deceptive, or false structured data
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Overload or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Our Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Pricing details are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused services, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, is owned by SchemaBooster and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to the content you input into the Service. The schema markup generated by our Service is provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of your generated schema or website content.

6.3 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Generated schema markup will guarantee improved search rankings
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • All errors will be corrected

You acknowledge that schema markup is one factor among many that affect search engine rankings, and results may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHEMABOOSTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Errors or inaccuracies in generated schema markup
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Interruption or cessation of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SchemaBooster and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of such third-party services.

12. Google's Structured Data Guidelines

You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated schema markup complies with Google's structured data guidelines and policies. Misuse of schema markup may result in penalties from search engines.

13. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SchemaBooster operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

16. Changes to Terms
